See a side to the museum that you won’t see on a tour!
For the first time ever, anyone anywhere can virtually attend this year’s Captain’s Ball: Night with the Museum. All you need is a computer or mobile device with access to the internet. This will be a fun-filled family event with live animals, artifacts, behind the scenes adventures, and some surprise guests.
The virtual program pre-show will be livestreamed starting at 5:45 p.m. (CST), with the main event beginning at 6:00p.m. (CST) on Friday, November 6, 2020 with an expected duration of approximately 90 minutes!
Celebrating 70 years of success, you will be helping us remain a long-time champion of our work in the fields of conservation, preservation, and dynamic learning experiences throughout the Dubuque County Historical Society, National Mississippi River Museum & Aquarium, National Rivers Hall of Fame and RiverWorks Discovery. It is because of your ongoing support for this event that the Museum serves as a leading cultural institution in the region and contributes to a vibrant community that engages all those who reside here today and for generations to come.
This year, your support of Captain’s Ball: Night with the Museum is key to ensuring the success and the livelihood of our organization.
