Menu
Gluten free and vegetarian options are available for most items. Each guest will receive a complimentary glass of champagne and coffee. A cash bar is available.
Starter: Shared plate small charcuterie board of assorted cheeses, fruit, meat, and crackers
Salad: Spinach and greens salad with fresh berries and creamy poppyseed dressing
Soup: Garlic mushroom and white wine cream with parmesan lattice crisp
Entrée: Beef tenderloin medallions with berry balsamic melba glaze served with a shrimp and asparagus risotto or vegetarian seared portobello mushroom with berry balsamic melba glaze and asparagus risotto
Dessert: Petite shared plate
Seating Requests/Configuration/Masks
- Seating limited to 50 individuals or 25 couples. Tables will be spaced 6 feet apart, and reservations are required
- Groups will be limited to 4 people this year
- Face coverings are required when not seated and will also be worn by all service staff
Childcare
- Staff-supervised programming is provided for potty-trained youth ages 3 and older across campus at the National River Center (NRC)
- The children’s program is $5 per child for members of the National Mississippi River Museum & Aquarium and $10 per child for non-members
- Drop off begins at 6 p.m. at the NRC, and all children must be picked up by 9 p.m. at the NRC following dinner
- Children will also be required to wear face coverings. Activities provided will allow for social distancing
