Perhaps you were always planning a small, intimate wedding ceremony or vow renewal. Perhaps your larger wedding plans were postponed to a time when you can once again celebrate carefree with all your friends and family. Regardless your reasons, a mini-matrimony is the perfect way to share your moment of commitment with your closest loved ones.

What is a mini-matrimony?
Other than one of the newest trends in the wedding industry, a mini-matrimony gives you all the benefits you want in a wedding ceremony, plus extras with minimal hassle and cost. A mini-matrimony allows you to solidify your union or to honor your first proposed wedding date. Further down the line, you may choose to throw a larger reception.
What is included in a mini-matrimony?
We're glad you asked. Your personal wedding coordinator will assist you in the planning of your mini-matrimony for up to 30 guests (yes, we provide an experienced wedding planner at no additional cost).
Officiant: You will work with the Officiant to personalize your ceremony
Photographer: One photographer for one hour
Wedding Cake: You will be able to choose a cake flavor from available choices
Champagne Toast or Lemonade: For refreshment and celebration
2-Hour Rental of Selected Ceremony Space: Spaces include nearly any location we can accommodate within or outside the National Mississippi River Museum & Aquarium or Mathias Ham Historic Site. Both feature beautiful exhibits and aquariums, historic architecture, and natural beauty. Can you imagine getting married in front of our young otter pups, by the stingrays, on the boardwalk in our Wetlands, or in front of our Gulf of Mexico Aquarium? The options are endless!
