The National Mississippi River Museum & Aquarium’s Valentine’s Day Candlelight Dinner has become a tradition for many tri-state couples and will move forward again in 2022.
The five-course dinner will be held on Valentine’s Day, Monday, February 14, 2022, from 5:30-8:30 p.m. with dinner service from 6-8 p.m. among the exhibits and aquariums in the Mississippi River Discovery Center.
Registration is available through February 4 by calling Banquets Manager Teri Witt at 563-581-4986 or emailing teri@rivermuseum.com. The cost is $60 per person and payment is due at time of reservation. Couples and groups are welcome.
Staff-supervised programming is provided for potty-trained youth ages three and older across campus at the National River Center (NRC). The children’s program is $5 per child for members of the National Mississippi River Museum & Aquarium and $10 per child for non-members. Drop off begins at 5:30 p.m. and all children must be picked up by 8:30 p.m. at the NRC following dinner.
Masks are not required but are recommended while not sitting for dinner.
The menu for the Valentine’s Day Candlelight Dinner is listed below. Vegetarian options are available for most items. Additional allergy requests should be relayed at time of registration. Each guest will receive a complimentary glass of champagne and coffee. A cash bar is available.
