Winter break camp

The National Mississippi River Museum & Aquarium is offering special day camps for kids in K- 5th grade during winter break on December 26-29. Each day offers different themed sessions with fun, educational programs. Sessions run from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and will require students to bring a sack lunch.

  • Morning session: 9 a.m.–noon
  • Lunch: Noon-1 p.m. 
  • Afternoon session: 1 p.m.-4 p.m.

 

Cost

Members: $50 full day
Non- Members: $60 full day

Members must register and create a login password to receive the member discount. This can be done after selecting a camp by clicking on the links in the upper right-hand corner of the page.

CSI - Wildlife Investigator

Species are becoming endangered worldwide and the NMRMA is on the case. As a wildlife investigator, you will track their moves, find out what they eat, and watch the environment around them to understand why certain species are disappearing. Let’s crack the case together!

Scholarships

A limited number of Winter Break Day Camp Scholarships are available to those who are in need of assistance. If you have any questions or would like information, please contact Kaelyn Howe at the email below.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Pre-registration is required for all Winter Break Day Camp classes and must be received on Dec. 16, 2023. A full refund or transfer will be granted if cancellations are received by that date. In the event that a session should be canceled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified via email or phone by 7:30 a.m. on the day of the program. The River Museum will then reschedule your child for an upcoming session if possible or refund accordingly.
