Historical and Scientific Programs

Historical or Scientific Programs
Looking to delve even deeper? Expand your group’s experience with an education program! Programs are billed at a flat fee of $35 for up to 25 students, plus $1.25 for each additional student after that. To ensure the best possible learning environment, some programs are limited to a maximum number of students. In these cases, larger groups will be subdivided and additional program sessions will be offered.

Additional Opportunities

3D/4D Movie Theater
Located in the National River Center, our immersion theater presents large-format 3D sights and 4D special effects, including dramatic sound, wind, mist, seat movement, and smells. Films average 40 minutes in length and can be added to any visit for $2.00/person with a minimum of 15 students. Movies are listed on our home page and plan your visit page. You can also call us to find out what will be playing during your visit.

Save time for lunch! Enjoy sack lunches in one of our designated eating areas or order Combo Meals off the menu of our Harbor View Grill.

Museum Store
Let students bring home a keepsake from the Museum & Aquarium. Reserve some shopping time in the Museum Store or purchase gift bags for a pre-determined amount.
